FOUR CONVENIENT LOCATIONS IN SOUTH ATLANTA
With four locations, American Foot & Leg Specialists serves the South Atlanta Metro area including Fulton County, Cobb County, Douglas County, Fayette County, Henry County, and Clayton County. Our hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, closing at 4:00 PM on Friday’s.
To schedule an appointment, please call our central scheduling office at 404.363.9944. In most cases, patients can be seen within twenty-four hours. Emergency visits will be seen on the same day.
INSURANCE PLANS
American Foot & Leg Specialists participates in most insurance plans, managed care, and Medicare. To see a specific list of insurance plans we accept, click here. Patients are responsible for co-pays, deductibles, or payment for services provided at the time of visit. Some managed care plans require a referral from the primary care physician in order to be seen. Obtaining this referral is the responsibility of the patient. All four locations accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and debit cards.
